3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Delays due to lack of client response or engagement
     
  • Services or digital products that have already been delivered or accessed
     
  • Custom software, app, or payment system development after approval and start of initial phase
     
  • Monthly recurring services if cancellation was not submitted in writing prior to the next billing cycle
